Announcement of Electronic Filing in the Business and Property Courts outside of London

Since 7 January 2019 the electronic case management system CE-File, already in use at the Rolls Building in London, has been live in Bristol and other Business & Property Court centres round the country. The next stage is to make it possible for practitioners to upload documents directly to the system (“electronic filing”). This will become possible from 25 February 2019. Please see the attachments for further details. I would be grateful if you would help to disseminate this information amongst users of the Business and Property Courts. For those not familiar with the system, further useful information is set out below.

For Professional Users

In advance of the introduction of electronic filing which launches on 25 February 2019, in all Business and Property Courts, we will be hosting several WebEx sessions to provide professional users with an introduction to the system. These events will be delivered by Thompson Reuters, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
