Changes to Court Fees 4 April 2011

On 4 April 2011 the following fees orders will come into force: The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2011 No. 586 and the Family Law Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2011 No. 587. These fees order amendments make increases to some of the fees charged in civil and family court proceedings. The amended fees orders were laid before Parliament on 2 March and will come into force on 4 April 2011. More details on the fees changes can be found on the HMCS site www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk
