Law Society Diversity and Inclusion Event
Bristol – 21 November 2011
This is a free regional event, part of the Law Society of England & Wales’ regional diversity network in association with HR in Law and Bristol Law Society.
The focus on this event will be an update from the Equality and Diversity team in London and an update from the SRA on the new Principle 9 and Outcome Focused Regulation.
The event is aimed towards Human Resources and other non-solicitor managers, and solicitors who have managerial responsibility, or are likely to manage or recruit staff in the future. The purpose is:
- To provide guidance on best practice and latest developments.
- To provide networking opportunities for solicitors, HR professionals and other managers to discuss diversity issues.
- To provide delegates with a better understanding of the Law Society’s diversity framework.
