Part of a raft of recent changes affecting the profession, Outcomes-Focused Regulation pervades every aspect of a firm’s operations. Integrating the letter and spirit of the new framework into work practices, documents and processes is vital to remain compliant – yet many firms still have no clear strategy.
Though deadlines for nomination of the new required compliance officers loom large, there is still time to get it right.
In partnership with Hardee Consulting, Executive Transitions invites you to a free seminar to help you understand Outcomes-Focused Regulation and the expectations of the SRA. The event will inform current thinking, add insight and, where necessary, help you to develop a plan and set a timescale for delivery. To ensure this is relevant to your firm, the format of the morning will be a seminar followed by a ‘clinic’ session, where specific issues can be discussed. The seminar will feature speaker Melissa Hardee.
