  The South West Legal Support Trust are currently accepting Application Forms submitted for funding no later than 4pm on 29 February 2012. HMCS Website

From 4 April there will be changes to the HMCS website. The HMCS website will close and a copy of the site will be saved by the National Archives. This copy will no longer be updated. Information about HM Courts and Tribunals services will be available on the Justice website at www.justice.gov.uk/hmcts/index.htm

Information about civil courts procedures, family court procedures, criminal procedures, jury service, Money Claim Online (MCOL) will be available at www.direct.gov.uk

Information for business customers and Possession Claim Online (PCOL) can be found on www.businesslink.gov.uk

Legal practitioners and litigants will find guidance and information about hearings on http://www.justice.gov.uk/. For Courts that publish lists there will be no change in procedure. Lists will publish to the Justice website. Formfinder and Courtfinder will be available on all three sites.
