SAFE HARBOUR ADVICE ON COLPs AND COFAs?

Advising clients to attend Bristol Civil Justice Centre


Jerry Fowler, Acting Civil Delivery Manager at Bristol County Court has told Bristol Law Society that the Building Management at Lewins Place have advised the court that solicitors are including the previous court address when advising clients of the need to attend court.

For clarification, solicitors should ensure that the following address is included in any letters advising clients of hearing attendance:-
