Issue of County Court (monetary claims) – change of procedure
From the 19th March 2012 all Part 7 money claims will be issued from the County Court Money Claims Centre at Salford. This is a key element in the Business and Contact Centre Project which is part of the wider HM Courts & Tribunal Service strategy for modernising and improving service delivery.
