SAFE HARBOUR ADVICE ON COLPs AND COFAs?

Court Funds Office Modernisation

The Court Funds Office (CFO) has been working with National Savings and Investments (NS&I) to modernise their services. As part of this modernisation, they have been relocating the CFO service to Glasgow and from 5 December 2011 the following contact details will apply:

A new office has also been established to oversee the statutory responsibilities of the Accountant general. This will be known as the Office of the Accountant General. The office will be responsible for the CFO’s overall delivery, financial management, contract management and policy provision.
