SAFE HARBOUR ADVICE ON COLPs AND COFAs?

Public Counter Early Closure Notice

The public counters of Bristol County Court, Bristol Civil Justice Centre, Number 2, Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR will be closed for business from 2pm on each week day commencing on Monday 25 July and ending on Friday 2 September 2011. A normal counter service provision from 9.30a.m to 4pm Monday to Friday will resume on Monday 5 September 2011. Any court listings scheduled to take place in the period mentioned will proceed as stated and will not be affected by this closure order. The telephone service provision for Bristol County Court will also be unaffected by this closure order and will operate a normal telephone service from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Bristol Law Society readers should note that this closure order also applies to all county courts in the South West Region.
