Court News – Settlement Conferences

When? Why? What benefits?

The Family Court at Bristol and in Gloucester has been gradually introducing settlement conferences in Family proceedings and the Judges are keen to extend their use.

4.30pm on Tuesday February 20th in Gloucester and
4.30pm on Wednesday February 21st at the Bristol Civil and Family Justice Centre,
2 Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR in Court number 7

Her Honour Judge Margaret de Haas, QC will demonstrate the process, explain why it has been so successful in Cheshire and Merseyside, and answer your questions. Refreshments will be served.
