Criminal Defence Lawyers Crisis – lobby your MP!

Members may have seen the recent heatmap from TLS which paints a very worrying picture about the future of criminal duty solicitors.

TLS data shows that in 5 to 10 years’ time there will be insufficient criminal duty solicitors in many regions, which will leave many individuals unable to access their right to a solicitor and free advice.
