This free and interactive workshop is specifically aimed at partners, directors and leaders in legal businesses who are seeking to gain insight and practical take aways based on real life examples in core business areas such as:

Sarah is an experienced business advisor having worked extensively in the private sector, providing both accounting and taxation advice. She trained with KPMG in the audit department dealing with both plcs and group structures, prior to working as a tutor and then subsequently becoming audit partner in two mid-tier accountancy practices. She joined Milsted Langdon as a partner in 2008.

Sarah has specialist experience in a range of sectors, working with a number of practices within the legal sector and with charities/not for profit organisations. Her work has included:

• Training, coaching, mentoring and developing client staff in financial and general management matters

Angela Marsden LL.B (Hons) CMgr FCMI and Managing Director of Quay Consultancy

Angela is the founder and Managing Director of Quay Consultancy. She has been retained as a leading independent consultant specialising in the legal and insurance sectors in the areas of strategy, operations, project and change management and resource planning.

Formerly she was a member of the Executive Board of Co-operative Legal Services with responsibility for all aspects of business performance across four departments.
As an accomplished solicitor having undertaken cases across a broad spectrum, Angela has represented clients in court, at inquests and in alternative dispute resolution.
She is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, both independent accreditations reflecting her experience at a senior level.

Since launching Quay Consultancy, Angela has been a member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs and was selected to be part of the inaugural intake to the Bristol hub of Entrepreneurial Spark, a nationwide programme that works with owners to grow and develop their business.
