Skills and experience

Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience is required as a general commercial litigator.  Candidates must have solid commercial litigation experience.  They will be involved on a range of commercial litigation work including:
Breach of warranty claims relating to company purchases
IT disputes
Banking and finance
General contractual and commercial litigation
Candidates will have gained technical expertise within well a respected litigation team at a City or large regional firm. They will have worked with clients at a senior level and have a commitment to marketing and business development initiatives.
