Top tier firm is currently looking to recruit a civil litigator who has from 4 years' PQE to join the Agriculture and Private Client Litigation team.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced non-contentious trust and probate lawyer but outstanding litigators who have a keen interest in and looking to develop into this area of law will also be considered.  Candidates will have gained their experience from either a city or leading regional practice.

Candidates are likely to be a member of ACTAPS with experience in dealing with chancery, trust, probate disputes and, preferably, agricultural related disputes.  The candidate would ideally be a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Agriculture Law Association, although this is not essential.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware.  They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
