The ideal candidate will have been qualified as a Solicitor for 5 years and will have extensive experience in conducting private divorce and ancillary relief matters and an ability and willingness to develop and market this work. A trained Collaborative Lawyer or an interest in training and working in Collaborative Law will be preferred. You will be a member of Resolution and possibly either a Resolution Accredited Specialist or SRA Family Panel Member. The post will be based at the brach office but with the opportunity to deveop work centrally. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
