This Family Team are now looking to recruit a part time Solicitor or Filex to assist with the team's growing work load.  The hours and days can be flexible to a maximum of 16 per week.  The role will involve 100% privately funded work and the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Family Law matters and be able to work alone as well as part of a team.  The position will involve dealing with a wide range of Family Law matters to include ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes, divorce and dissolution, children, pre marital and living together agreements and deeds of separation.  The ideal candidate will be required not only to provide advice to clients on the best legal action available to them, but also to contribute to practice development.  The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
