An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and personable individual who wants to be part of the development of this growing Bristol-based Corporate Recovery/Insolvency Team which acts for many leading firms of insolvency practitioners. Work includes contentious and non contentious advice with emphasis on providing advice on claims by Insolvency Practitioners to those Insolvency Practitioners, to Directors and other parties. It will include corporate, partnership and personal insolvency and cover relatively small and substantial claims. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate substantial, specific experience and sound legal knowledge in insolvency, commercial dispute resolution and corporate and commercial law and practice.
