Qualified or part qualified legal executive with personal injury experience required to join an established team in Exeter. Will run own caseload of fast track and some multi track PI claims. Work will cover all aspects of RTA, EL and PL work and include advertising clients, assessing losses, obtaining expert evidence, valuing claims, negotiating with insurers and litigation cases when necessary. Experience of handling litigated claims is essential.
