In-house - experienced litigation lawyer primarily in personal injury and employment with good experience in costs needed to cover a maternity leave from Christmas. Work will include preparing points of dispute, negotiating costs schedules and settlement of defendants' costs. There will also be some negotiation regarding claimants' costs as company policies provide for payment of claimants costs regardless of result in some cases. Free parking on site. 35 hour week but part time considered.
