An experienced Claimant PI fee earner is required to join team of 15 as one of three supervisors.  Experience of MIB claims would be helpful but is not essential.  The role will involve managing a caseload of pre and post issue MIB and foreign third party RTA claims.

The successful candidate will:

· Be responsible for own caseload
· Provide specialised service for drivers injured by uninsured / untraced / foreign drivers
· Continue to improve the firm’s relationship with the MIB in order to deliver the best service possible to clients.
· Daily supervision of others
· Assist in allocation of claims within the team

Key skills/competencies:

Essential
· Excellent knowledge of CPR and PI protocol
· At least 3 years’ experience of a PI caseload
· Excellent communication skills for dealing with the client and the MIB
· Computer literate and able to do own typing.
· Ability to work under pressure
· Organised

Desirable
· Experience of supervising and training others
· Knowledge of MIB agreements
