Professional Development Lawyer - Regulation
This closely-knit team of PDLs is intimately involved with the delivery of strategic, commercial advice directly to clients and is encouraged to provide cutting edge thought leadership, utilising a wide range of innovative formats and processes.  Benefiting from a quality working environment, a great client base and a career structure that rewards and motivates in equal measure, the PDLs act as high profile stakeholders in the implementation of KM and training strategies.
Now looking to recruit a specialist PDL to support the Regulatory teams. The successful candidate will play a central role in encouraging fee earners to update and share their knowledge in line with the Knowledge management strategy.  They will work closely with the Regulatory teams helping to facilitate technical updates, and manage a precedent bank as well as ensure best use of products such as PLC.    Jut as importantly the PDL also plays a vital role in some of the business development and non contentious work done with some national clients.  The successful candidate will ideally have some previous PDL experience, but will more importantly have a real interest in knowledge management and legal training and have great client facing attitude. Part time or f;lexible working will be considered.
