Solicitor with at least 5 years' pqe required to join well regarded Property Litigation Team.  The Property Litigation team has a broad practice, advising the firm's clients with particular expertise in the leisure, retail and financial services sectors on a wide variety of contentious matters.  These include landlord and tenant disputes, rent reviews and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and contractual disputes.  It also gives strategic advice on the management of property portfolios.

The firm acts for commercial landlords and tenants, public sector bodies and housing associations, property developers, investors , financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial property litigation for high profile clients and will be required:

- To advise on all aspects of commercial property disputes and estate management issues.
- To provide all clients with quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures.
- To maintain and improve relations with existing clients.
- To achieve the budget and targets agreed with the Firm.
- To develop the practice through relations with existing and prospective clients.
- To assist others in the achievement of their objectives.
- To work with the Team Leader and other team members in the achievement of the Firm's business objectives.
