Are you an ambitious Senior Associate working within conveyancing looking for progression to a Partner role?

Thrings Private Property Team in Bath is expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Associate to help increase our presence in the Wiltshire market. It is a fantastic opportunity to develop and expand your expertise, whilst helping to grow the practice.  Working directly with Partners and other colleagues; you will support them with progressing matters on high profile, bigger cases, whilst having the autonomy to run your own caseload.

Your role will be to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including; freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters, from initial instruction through to completion. With a clear focus on transactions at the higher end of the market.
