‘Strategy is dead’ workshop – how do you differentiate in 2021?

Over 80% of organisational success is now attributed to effective implementation of business strategy. Many firms will have a similar strategy with common themes such as profitable growth, efficiencies, client journey/deepening and strengthening client relationships, innovation, compliance – what really sets them apart is not the what – it’s the how – and how to deliver at pace. The workshop will focus on turning your strategy into a plan.
