The team provides expertise to the real estate sector through many practice areas which include investment, development, environment, finance, landowner, renewables, rural property, etc.

Work

The team acts for a full range of clients, including institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals. They advise some of the biggest name landowners, including The Crown Estate, on high-profile matters throughout the UK. They are also a National leader for wind farm and nuclear energy work.

Thesuccessful applicant will undertake work in all areas of the department’s practice, working for a number of the Real Estate partners.

Requirements

The firm look for strong academics coupled with first-class experience from a firm with a solid commercial real estate practice.

They also encourage Scottish and Northern Irish qualified candidates because their Scottish and Northern Irish Real Estate team is the largest and most experienced team headquartered in England.
