Practitioners should note that District Judge Exton, District Judge Rowe and District Judge Howell hold Public Law tickets. Each case is allocated to a Case Management Judge on issue or on transfer from the Family Proceedings Court.

The District Judges’ intention is to list final hearings at the Case Management Conferences as their itineraries need to be planned at least 3 months in advance and therefore parties should bring details of witness availability with them to the CMC.
