BRISTOL JLD BALL A SUCCESS

The Bristol Junior Lawyers Division’s annual charitable ball in May raised £2856.91 for their charity of the year, the Alzheimer’s Society.

Ball organiser, Ali Batchelor (Withy King LLP), was thrilled with the outcome: “It’s a great amount to be raised from a single event and it puts us in a good position to beat last year’s annual total for the charity. Particular thanks must go to the event sponsors, Wesleyan for Lawyers and Hayes, as well as the many guests who made the night a big success. It’s brilliant that we can raise so much from such an enjoyable event. We’re already looking forward to next year’s ball”.

The jubilee themed ball was held on May 26th at the Ramada Hotel, Bristol. One of the attractions was a novelty photobooth and the photos taken will soon be added to their Facebook page and website. See www.bristoljld.co.uk or www.alzheimers.org.uk for further details
