The Chief Executive of the Law Society, Des Hudson, has written to Bristol Law Society, urging local members to lobby their own Members of Parliament regarding proposals for further changes to residential conveyancing panel membership and the potentially damaging actions of the banks on firms and consumers in their constituencies.
Bristol Law Society are pleased to support the national Law Society in this campaign and ask any interested members to download the attached a briefing pack which sets out how readers can lobby their own, or their firms’ MP in order to raise their concerns and seek their assistance in raising the issue with the Secretary of State [see attached].
