Kirsten Burnard-Knight is an Area Director for SME Banking at Lloyds Bank in the South West, leading a team of relationship managers. With over ten years of experience in corporate banking, Kirsten began her career through Lloyds Bank’s apprenticeship programme and quickly progressed into Mid and Large Corporate banking, supporting clients with revenues of £25m - £1bn+, before taking on her current leadership role in the SME space. She is passionate about supporting businesses, helping them unlock growth opportunities and navigate challenges. Kirsten is known for her positive mindset and collaborative leadership style and she believes in building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and her local network. Based in the Lloyds Harbourside hub, Kirsten is proud to champion innovative and sustainable growth across one of the UK’s most dynamic business regions.
