In December 2024, Sedgwick Legal Services appointed Mel O’Leary as Triage Manager for its Bristol-based specialist insurance recoveries practice. In addition to general office management duties, her responsibilities included filtering and triaging new cases and allocating them to fee-earners.

In the nine months since joining the business, Mel has single-handedly elevated the role to a whole new level. She continues to introduce innovative ways to manage and improve service delivery across various areas of the company and delivers strategic initiatives that transform the workplace environment and maximise the development potential for every colleague.
