Wilson & Roe is a leading Authorised High Court Enforcement office. We are based in Manchester, but cover all of England & Wales, and are one of the longest established and most credible companies in our sector. We rebranded from Andrew Wilson & Co in 2021. The legal services sector is our strongest with an existing active client base of over 100 law firms of varying sizes.
We are accredited by our regulator, the Enforcement Conduct Board are ISO9001 and ISO27001 accredited. We are not on TV.
Our key strengths
- We focus on prompt visits times. We conduct the first visit within 7-14 days, but within 7 days for the majority. Further visits are always within 14 days which us well above industry average.
- Key to our model is that we employ our Certified Enforcement Agents, rather than subcontract our work, which gives us more control, higher recovery rates and a far better service to our clients. Our agents are firmly embedded and integrated into our business.
- The quality of our visit reports/case updates are excellent. These are well written and informative so our clients are not left guessing what the agent did or didn’t do.
- Client Account Manager. All our clients are provided with a central day to day contact who understands your needs and remains pro-active on your cases.
- We are a family run business and all of our authorised High Court Enforcement Officers and Directors are based in the office full time and are actively involved in the operational running of the business.
