Senior Commercial Litigation/Employment – Bristol

Associate level  10+ PQE Commercial Litigation/Employment Solicitor – Bristol – BLS1420

Small, successful commercial law services firm established in 2003 and based in the outskirts of Bristol city centre is looking to recruit an additional fee-earner to assist it with its commercial services offering to small and medium business clients.  Approximately 60% of the work undertaken by the firm is commercial disputes with the rest being split between general commercial advice and predominantly non-contentious employment matters.  Ideally, candidates would be able to advise on all three practice areas but experience in commercial disputes and advising on and growing the employment practice is the main focus.

The successful candidate will need to generate a fair degree of self billing and so it is likely to suit someone who has worked in the Bristol market and has a good level of following or a book of contacts and is considering making a move into a smaller legal environment for a variety of personal or professional reasons.  This could be as an employee or possibly a Consultant depending upon the circumstances of the individual and their offering.
