Davies and Partners Solicitors in Bristol is celebrating having been awarded accreditation by the Law Society on to the prestigious Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS.
The Law Society launched the CQS in December 2010 to provide an immediately recognisable mark of excellence for clients seeking quality residential conveyancing services.
To achieve CQS accreditation is a rigorous process and requires a law practice to undergo strict assessment, training, audits and annual reviews in order to inspire confidence in clients, lenders and the general public. Davies and Partners are therefore delighted that all three of its offices in Bristol, Gloucester and Birmingham have achieved the CQS Accreditation.
Stephen McColgan, a partner based at Davies and Partner’s Bristol office, has led the initiative and was responsible for putting together the highly detailed package of information required by the Law Society for the Accreditation. He said, “This is a very important step forward for Davies and Partners. It underlines very strongly our commitment to delivering conveyancing services through highly experienced, well qualified lawyers and support staff. The CQS accreditation provides assurance of the highest standards of service provided by our team of property lawyers for both our private clients requiring residential property services, and also for our large commercial property and development clients who utilise our specialist plot sales and part exchange services.”
Stephen concludes, “For a firm of this size and complexity to have been awarded this accreditation across all of our offices, demonstrates our very real and ongoing commitment to providing quality services in what is now an increasingly competitive market”.
