Electronic court services, saving you time and money

The Court wishes to remind all practitioners about the facility to issue Money claims online.

Why not issue your money or posession claim online. You could deal with it from your home or office 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Money Claims Online (MCOL) provides an alternative way of issuing most claims, without the need to visit a court. You can use MCOL to track the progress of your claim, request entry of judgment and enforce a judgment by way of warrant of execution. To find out more and to check if your claim can be issued online please go to to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk

Possession Claims Online (PCOL) allows most claims for possession of property to be issued by individuals, organisations and solicitors online. You can use PCOL to track the progress of your claim, issue warrants and applications for possession and correspond directly with the court office that is processing your claim. In addition PCOL will instantly tell you the date, and at which court, your hearing will take  place, as well as the name of the judge who is hearing your claim and the court room they are sitting in. To find out more and to check if your claim can be issued online please go to www.possessionclaim.gov.uk
These services are secure so why not issue your claim online. Not only is the service provided at reduced costs but it’s more efficient and quicker.
Please note that not all money or possession claims can be issued online. For more information please visit the websites. Legal action should be a last resort if you are unable to resolve an issue.
