Why Choose Us?
With around 450 employees we’re a sizeable firm that still continues to grow, known for its friendly and welcoming culture where team work and collaboration is key, watch this short video to see what our people have to say about us.
For safety at this time our people are working remotely, though everyone is looking forward to getting back to the office at least part time, where our lovely culture is clear to see. We work hard but we also have fun and we’re missing that social interaction with each other that really embeds our culture. That said, we have video meeting capability so we can still stay in contact as much as possible. This unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home if needs be, so whilst we don’t yet know how things will look when we return to our offices, what we do know now, is we can discuss the individual flexible needs for every employee and team without agility barriers.
We offer a competitive salary, holiday allowance that increases after 12 months with the firm, contribute to your pension pot, have an informal dress code which allows you to dress appropriately for your day no matter what day it is, give you private healthcare and life assurance, as well as offering a range of discounts with local businesses and with so many excellent internal training programmes on offer to everyone it’s so easy to develop and improve your skills.
We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, we’re striving to create an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential.
So Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?
Whilst it’s likely you’ll have at least 4 years PQE, we have no set in stone post qualification years attached to our job titles as for us it’s more about hitting the standards we set for our Associates and Senior Associates. And if you’re leaning towards the more senior end of that bracket and wanting more work life balance, then don’t be put off applying on a part-time basis.
Most of all, we’re really hoping to receive an application from a lawyer with a flair for establishing creative Trusts and a passion for supervision and performance management that leaves them feeling motivated and proud by the successes of the team, so if that’s you then we absolutely want to hear from you.
