The Association on South West Mediators is hosting its AGM & Autumn Networking event in Bristol on Thursday 19 October.

The event is being held at the offices of Foot Anstey, in Glass Wharf, about 5 minutes from Temple Meads station. Doors open at 1645.

Guest speakers are Tim Wallis, Chair of Trust Mediation, who will be talking about the impact of AI on dispute resolution. In addition, Judge Ralton, the ADR liaison judge at Bristol, will be giving a short update on the current 'stay to mediate' scheme for multi-track cases in Bristol.

Tickets are free for members of the ASWM, £20 for non members.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
