Wellbeing is now a common topic on the management agenda but does your firm really know why it is important to walk the walk and not just talk the talk when it comes to the wellbeing of your workforce?  People are essential to the legal services industry and having a happy, motivated and loyal workforce is key to the success of your firm in terms of recruitment, retention and productivity.

Carly wants to take conversations about workplace happiness out of the wellbeing box and into the boardroom, to help leaders see happiness as a driver of success and help them create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Join us for this informative and collaborative roundtable to see how Carly can make a difference to your firm and employees.  These discussions will take place under the Chatham House Rule principle to allow for candid interaction.

The session will cover:

  • Why does it matter that people are happy at work?
  • How can we give people the right tools to invest in their own happiness and wellbeing?
  • What role do leaders play in helping their teams to thrive?
  • How do you cultivate a workplace culture that allows everyone to thrive?

There will be plenty of time for Q&A
