On Thursday 3 October, premier regional law firm Foot Anstey celebrated its 2nd anniversary of expanding into Bristol by hosting a party for clients, advisors and staff at the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.
Approximately 150 people joined the firm for a private viewing of a unique touring exhibition ‘Roman Empire: Power and People’ comprising some of the greatest treasures from the British Museum. Bristol Old Vic’s Director of Development, Alan Wright made a short presentation at the event highlighting their new outreach initiative, in which Foot Anstey is involved.
Foot Anstey, which opened in Bristol in November 2011, has experienced rapid growth ever since. Numbers of specialist lawyers and staff have risen to over 80 so the firm has taken an extra floor at its 100 Victoria Street offices to accommodate its expansion plans.
John Westwell, Managing Partner at Foot Anstey, said: “Opening in Bristol has assisted us to grow our turnover, our headcount and our client profile in difficult economic conditions. Our offer has been very well received and we’ve received a very warm welcome into a thriving business and legal community. We look forward to growing our presence here and attracting further high quality work and lawyers to the city.”
