Hays – What Workers Want Survey 2020

With the world changing on a daily basis at the moment, we want to hear your views around the impact the current pandemic has had on your business, as well as your #wellbeing.

We would love to hear your views on the world of work in our new
#WhatWorkersWant survey.

As part of our ongoing commitment to collecting and sharing meaningful insights into the employment market, this year’s What Workers Want survey will focus on how the coronavirus outbreak and the ensuing lockdown is transforming the world of work.

We want to know how the lockdown has affected your work – and what you think’s going to happen next. Will you be able to return to business-as-usual, or are things forever changed?

The findings will be used to draw comparisons across industry sectors and will provide insight into what workers want and what employers need to succeed.

All responses are kept completely anonymous.
