HR Directors look forward to details of BLS new recruitment service


Bristol Law Society’s new recruitment service, recently re-launched will be on the minds of all the HR Directors of local firms when they sit down to their annual dinner on 25th April.

The recruitment service is run by Helen Read. Helen has over 14 years’ experience of recruiting for law firms in Bristol and the South West. A former lawyer herself, she started her legal recruitment career in Bristol in a national legal recruitment consultancy. She then moved in-house as the Recruitment Manager at Osborne Clarke for 6 years before leaving to set up her own successful recruitment business.

BLS’ Human Resources Directors’ Dinner is part of the series of professional dinners organised by BLS and held at Brasserie Blanc, Cabot Circus and is now sold out. The special guest at the dinner will be Alison Eddy, Regional Managing Partner at Irwin Mitchell who will speak about the challenges of becoming a female partner in a law firm.

The dinner is sponsored by Portus Consulting.
