John Sharples publishes book

St John’s Chambers Property expert, John Sharples, has recently written a book on Land Licences, published by Jordans Publishing this month.  Lord Neuberger, Master of the Rolls, writes the foreword.

Land Licences is the only book in print that deals comprehensively with licences relating to the use and occupation of land and seeks to answer many of the key questions relevant to the granting of such licences and the resulting rights and obligations of the parties.

John presented a one hour talk at the book launch to over 50 guests from many of the major regional legal firms.
