Hays : We want your thoughts on the four-day week
Four Day Working Week Survey
As part of our ongoing commitment to collecting and sharing meaningful insights into the employment market, our latest survey aims to discover your views on the four-day working week. Recently the subject of several trials, including one in the UK involving 70 companies, implementing this working pattern would require employees to work only four days a week, with no reduction in pay. The model is based on the idea that workers receive 100% of their pay for working 80% of their normal hours, in exchange for a commitment to maintaining 100% productivity.
The survey will only take around two minutes to complete and all responses are kept completely anonymous. Thank you for sharing your views.
