Newsletter from His Honour Judge Stephen Wildblood QC – and talk on new PLO

His Honour Stephen Wildblood QC has instigated a set of monthly newsletters updating practitioners on the matters affecting the Family Courts in Bristol.

The first newsletter can be found here.

The newsletter includes a summary of matters arising from April’s Presidents’ Conference, a summary of changes affecting practice in Bristol and consideration of litigants in person.

The Public Law Outline (PLO) (otherwise known as the Practice Direction Guide to Case Management in Public Law Proceedings) which was first introduced in 2008, is to be revised again with effect from 1st July.

HHJ Wildblood QC will be giving a presentation on the new PLO at Courts 1 & 2 at
