The role

The team are seeking a newly qualified lawyer to join the team in Bristol.  You will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of corporate work including corporate finance, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. You will be given early responsibility for running matters, building client relationships and business development.

Technical skills and experience

Due to the team structure and the type of work on offer, the team are seeking an NQ+ lawyer to join this thriving team. You will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a very strong academic background. You should have completed at least one corporate seat, having had exposure to some heavyweight corporate transactions.

You will:

  • Have strong academics;
  • Excellent written and drafting skills;
  • Good communication and client handling skills;
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Have good commercial awareness; and

 Please note we use PQE levels purely as a guide to the minimum level of experience required.  However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil this kind of work.
