Photo finish in BLS Music Quiz

The BLS Music Quiz, held on Thursday 5th September at Totos, was a close run affair which saw Pattinson & Brewer’s team of experts narrowly declared victors over a combined UWE/Bennetts team on countback.

Sponsored by Wesleyan for Lawyers, the quiz, hosted as ever by Ben Holt (Osborne Clarke), tested a range of knowledge from Beatles’ lyrics, Blur hits, the members of Boney M all the way to recognising snatches from Russ Abbot’s “Atmosphere” and Paul Anka’s “Diana”.

The BLS Executive team, with Vice-Presidents Ben Tarrant and Michael Gupwell to the fore, battled it out with teams from Metcalfe’s, Lyons Davidson, No 5 Chambers and many others.

A great night was had by all.
