The Law Society have extended the deadline for solicitors to provide an up-to-date email address and ensure they are not opted out of Law Society membership (non-marketing) communications to Friday 20 November.
This is to make sure no member is disenfranchised from a key vote on proposed changes to the Law Society’s Council.
How to check and update your details
You can check your email address by:
- checking your verified My Law Society (My LS) account, or
- contacting the Support Centre on 020 7242 1222
You can also confirm that your preferences for receiving membership (non-marketing) emails from the Law Society are up to date via the Support Centre.
Most members are already set up to vote, but it’s important to check your details by 20 November, so that you do not lose your opportunity to have your say.
