Residential conveyancer – Bristol

Shared ownership residential conveyancer – Bristol – BLS1357

Our client is a long-established niche specialist law firm in the city centre. They are noted in Legal 500 for their shared ownership expertise. They now require an additional residential property solicitor or chartered legal executive to handle share ownership work predominantly for buyers rather than the selling housing associations.

Candidates MUST be genuinely experienced in shared ownership transactions and in working with leases. You will need to be meticulous, quick and good with email, have a very good knowledge of leases, and be a thorough, careful practitioner.

Please note we use PQE levels purely as a guide to the minimum level of experience required.  However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil this kind of work.

Every enquiry and application is treated in the strictest of confidence. Appointments are arranged to suit the candidate, in or out of working hours.
