A new dispute resolution firm opened in Bristol on 1 August 2016.  Loney Stewart Holland LLP specialises in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage Disputes and Professional Negligence.

The founding partners, Richard Loney, Alistair Stewart and Sarah Holland left their Commercial Litigation Group at a large national practice to set up the firm, with the aim of providing a truly independent expert service whilst cutting out the overheads and duplicated costs associated with larger firms, for the benefit of their clients. Together the partners have almost 40 years’ experience in all types of commercial dispute resolution.
