Wessex Searches Back to Basics webinar series




Wessex Searches are delighted to announce that they will be hosting a range of FREE webinars for their Back to Basics series from 18th until 27th October 2021. The main aim of these sessions is to go back to the roots of why each conveyancing search report is so important. They should enable you to better interpret the information within searches so that you can support your client’s needs.

The topics will range from Drainage and water searches (CON29DW) to mining and from Lawyer Checker’s Account and Entity Screen to environmental reports. Each webinar will be run by the supplier of the conveyancing products meaning that you hear the latest information right from the source.

The webinars will be up to an hour long and spread out throughout the fortnight, with opportunities to ask questions to industry professionals and even receive recordings to re-watch at a later date

In a time where we are moving towards more renewable energy’s, past coal mining may go completely under the radar. However, the impact of this industry on our environment is still present today. Within this 20-minute session, you will learn about which reports the Coal Authority offer through our ordering platform and the importance of each.
