Presenter: William Wood, Director of Solutions Architecture, Marlin Communications. Will has been with Marlin for over 25 years, moving through Senior Account Manager and Head of Pre-Sales roles before taking on his current position in 2024. He specialises in unified communications, meeting room technology & network security, and holds multiple technical certifications. Will is a regular speaker on the legal technology circuit, presenting at events including WE R LegalTech and Bristol+Bath LegalTech roundtables.

Anyone responsible for meeting rooms in a legal practice, from small huddle spaces to boardrooms and conference facilities.

What is the Objective?

To help firms understand the meeting room technology options available, and how to choose the right solution for legal-specific needs such as court connectivity, confidentiality and ease of use.

In this session we will cover:

Current challenges in the modern office, and legal industry specifics such as connecting to the courts (BYOM), room acoustics and privacy
Standard rooms versus complex spaces, including booking, management and environmental considerations
What's hot in the market: AI capabilities, digital signage, touchscreens and room panels

There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
